Wedding rehearsal attendance: $250 additional fee.
Additional fees may apply for rehearsals, rush requests, extended travel, destination ceremonies, and special requirements. Your quote reflects your ceremony’s needs.

Booking, payment & cancellation at a glance.
- Full payment reserves and confirms your ceremony date.
- Invoices are valid for 30 calendar days and include a courtesy hold on your date, with a 72-hour first right of refusal if another couple requests the same date.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the ceremony fee is a nonrefundable reservation fee.
- Cancellations made more than 60 calendar days before the ceremony are eligible for a refund of the remaining 50%. Cancellations made 60 calendar days or fewer before the ceremony are nonrefundable.
- One complimentary reschedule is included when the new date falls within 90 calendar days of the original date and Chicago Love Connection is available.
- If Chicago Love Connection cannot fulfill your ceremony through the assigned officiant, an accepted replacement, or a mutually agreed reschedule, you receive a full 100% refund.

Can we personalize our ceremony?+
Yes. Your relationship, beliefs, personalities, and priorities shape the ceremony. Your engagement includes customized ceremony development and advance script delivery and review.
What ceremony styles do you offer?+
Religious, spiritual, secular, interfaith, culturally rooted, traditional, contemporary, intimate, humorous, unconventional, or thoughtfully blended ceremonies are welcome. CLC is secular and LGBTQ+ affirming.
Do you officiate elopements and private legal ceremonies?+
Yes. Share your ceremony needs in your inquiry so CLC can review them and provide an appropriate customized quote. There is no separate advertised discounted package.
Can you travel for a destination ceremony?+
Yes. Travel within 25 miles is included. Extended travel and destination ceremonies may involve additional fees, based on location and requirements.
Is rehearsal attendance included?+
Wedding rehearsal attendance is an additional $250. Ask about your rehearsal needs in the ceremony inquiry.
Is my date available, and does an inquiry reserve it?+
Availability is confirmed only after CLC reviews your request. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Your date is secured after the required booking process and payment have been completed.
What happens after I inquire?+
CLC reviews your date, location, and needs and follows up within 48–72 hours. You may be asked for more information or sent the appropriate next step and customized quote.
