Select an available consultation date through Calendly and complete your $997 payment. Appointments must be scheduled at least 14 calendar days in advance.
Step 2
Complete Your Questionnaire
After booking, you'll be directed to a confirmation page with a link to your comprehensive Wedding Planning Blueprint questionnaire. You'll also receive the questionnaire link by email.
Step 3
Prepare for Your Consultation
Submit your completed questionnaire at least 72 hours before your appointment so we have time to review your information and prepare.
Step 4
Meet for 90 Minutes
Participate in your private wedding strategy consultation, focused on your goals, questions, challenges, and planning priorities.
Step 5
Receive Your Wedding Action Plan
Receive your customized written planning roadmap following your consultation.

Share Your Honeymoon Preferences
Complete your Wedding Planning Blueprint Pre-Consultation Questionnaire and indicate whether you’d like a complimentary honeymoon certificate.
You may express your preferences for a cruise, Caribbean getaway, weekend escape, or local/nearby getaway.
Step 3
Receive Your Certificate
Chicago Love Connection will coordinate the complimentary certificate offering based on available promotional options and provide the applicable redemption information.
Certificate redemption and travel fulfillment are administered by the promotional travel provider and its fulfillment partners.
Important: The certificate is complimentary, but travel is not necessarily free. Taxes, fees, fulfillment charges, additional travel expenses, redemption restrictions, and provider terms and conditions may apply. Destinations, travel dates, and specific certificate options are subject to availability and applicable terms.

Before you book
Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows & Missed Deadlines
Payment
The Wedding Planning Blueprint costs $997, paid in full at booking. Purchases are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where Chicago Love Connection cannot provide the purchased service.
Advance Booking and Preparation
All appointments, including replacement and recovery appointments, must be booked at least 14 calendar days in advance.
The comprehensive Wedding Planning Blueprint questionnaire must be completed at least 72 hours before each scheduled consultation.
Complimentary Rescheduling
You receive one complimentary opportunity to reschedule using your original payment if your original appointment cannot proceed due to any of the following: a voluntary cancellation; a customer-requested rescheduling; a no-show, with or without advance notice; failure to submit the required questionnaire at least 72 hours before the consultation.
The replacement appointment must be booked within 30 calendar days of the original scheduled consultation date.
The replacement consultation may take place after the 30-day window, provided the booking occurs within that period and meets the 14-day advance-booking requirement and availability.
Paid Recovery
If the complimentary rescheduling opportunity expires unused, or the replacement appointment cannot proceed due to another occurrence of any of the following, the original payment is forfeited: a voluntary cancellation; a customer-requested rescheduling; a no-show, with or without advance notice; failure to submit the required questionnaire at least 72 hours before the consultation.
You may recover the service for an additional $297, provided you pay the recovery fee and book the recovery appointment within 60 calendar days of the original scheduled consultation date.
The recovery consultation may take place after the 60-day window if booked within the deadline, subject to the 14-day advance-booking requirement and availability.
Final Expiration
If you miss the 60-day recovery deadline, or the recovery appointment cannot proceed because of another occurrence of any of the following, recovery eligibility expires: a voluntary cancellation; a customer-requested rescheduling; a no-show, with or without advance notice; failure to submit the required questionnaire at least 72 hours before the consultation.
A new Wedding Planning Blueprint purchase at the then-current full service price is required to proceed.
Chicago Love Connection-Initiated Changes
If Chicago Love Connection needs to cancel or reschedule, you may rebook at no additional charge or penalty. A CLC-initiated change does not consume your complimentary rescheduling opportunity or trigger the $297 recovery fee.
If Chicago Love Connection cannot provide the purchased service, an appropriate refund will be offered.
Scheduling Clarification
The 30-day and 60-day deadlines govern when you must book the replacement or recovery appointment, not when the consultation must take place.
Customers remain responsible for meeting booking deadlines, the 14-day advance-booking requirement, and appointment availability.
Chicago Love Connection manually controls cancellations where action by the business is required.
